Shipping policy

Every order is handled with intention and care. We aim to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding our shipping processes.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Handling time: Please allow 2–4 business days for us to hand-prepare and pack your order.
  • Shipping schedule: To maintain the integrity of our wax and prevent packages from sitting in non-climate-controlled facilities over the weekend, we ship Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed late in the week will be dispatched the following Monday.

Rates & Estimated Timelines

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.

*Remote Regions and Northern Territories: Please note that shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and certain remote rural locations may incur higher costs. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates for these regions. In such cases, we will contact you via email with a revised quote for your approval before your order is processed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed to Canada Post. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information.

Damaged in transit

We take great care in packaging your products, but if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Please contact us at contact@matricerose.com with a photo of the damage and the shipping box within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once Canada Post confirms delivery to your address, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please contact your local post office to open an inquiry.

A Note on Sustainability

In alignment with our values, we use recyclable and biodegradable materials for our shipping whenever possible. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our packaging.
